Event Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be received online or in writing via e-mail to or by FAX (206-783-5594) by the dates listed below.
Event Pass: Full refund minus USD $100.00 processing fee when cancellation received by 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on February 20, 2006. No refunds will be issued after that date.
Substitutions: To request a substitution, e-mail the event team at and request a substitution form. A new person may substitute for an attendee at the registration fee rate of the original attendee plus a $100.00 substitution fee.

Hotel Information

Special MIX discounted hotel rate, available through the MIX registration process - Single/Double occupancy per night, not including taxes: $225.00 U.S. When receiving a reservation request, the hotel will charge one night's deposit to the credit card supplied for guarantee.

Hotel Cancellation Policy -

Deposits must be received no later than fourteen (14) days after the reservation is made and will be processed by the Hotel to credit card guarantee. The refunding of deposits will only be made when individual suite reservations are cancelled at least fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled arrival date.

McCarran Airport (LAS) is the main airport serving Las Vegas. It is located approximately 1 mile from the Strip. Ground Transportation

Transportation upon arrival is the responsibility of the participant. Taxi service is available on the east side of baggage claim at LAS, outside door exits 1-5.
